About our parish.

Our mission.

Nourished by God’s word and the Eucharist, we strive to be a welcoming Catholic community dedicated to living and proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Our history.

We were founded by 87 families in 1977 and held our first Mass, presided over by Fr. Leon Page, at Flynn Middle School. With growing numbers, on June 1, 1980, we moved to our multipurpose Church building on Ryan Road. Since then, we’ve provided Mass for over one thousand families and welcomed Fr. Gerry LeBoeuf, Fr. Jerry Slowinski, and, currently, Fr. Anthony Sulkowski.

Our future.

We continue to provide a welcoming community for families in Sterling Heights and beyond. We offer a wide variety of opportunities to grow in faith, provide youth and adult formation, and promote Christian service efforts. We also work with outreach programs like the Knights of Columbus and St. Vincent de Paul to serve our community.
